About the Author

K. Renee’ Jones is the founder of Clinically Speaking Consulting, which strives to address and assist programs, policies and professional development in the field of social and human services.

K. Renee’ is a native Washingtonian, having devoted 19 years to the social and human services field. K. Renee’ has provided life-skills training for mentally challenged adults, served under and over achievers in our DC Public School system and the YMCA. As an Educational Aid, she has directed tutorial programs and has also served as a 911 Call Taker for the DC’s Metropolitan Police Department. For the past 11 years, she has provided Case Management, Supervised Visitations and Training Services with the Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative, Inc.

As a community and grassroots worker and parent of two, K. Renee’ has created, organized and facilitated various clinical trainings addressing documentation, Child Abuse and Neglect, Mandated Reporting, Home Visitation, Basic/Intensive Case Management, client/worker advocacy, Family Group Conferencing, FDC Training (Cornell University, NYC), and much more. She has been fortunate to work with many government and non-profit organizations throughout the Metropolitan area and is receiving her education through Trinity University, DC.
